ABOUT ME
We Are Giving The Best Quality Services
I discovered Pilates over 15 years ago at a time when I really struggled to find my natural weight and an exercise I loved. Safe to say I fell in love with Pilates and even bought a home reformer from QVC. But I was in the depths of an eating disorder and unhappy marriage and just mentally struggled to keep consistent on any wellness and healthy routine.
3 years on I left the unhappy marriage, filed for divorce and got a handle of a 10 year eating disorder. I got consistent with my Pilates routine and gained mental and physical strength through my practice which gave me the focus I needed to take every day as it came. I never looked back with either unhealthy relationship (food or toxic marriage) and I am truly grateful that I had my practice that kept me on the road to recovery.
Now in my mid 40′ s with 2 young children, in a healthy relationship and as a trained classical & contemporary Pilates, meditation and breathwork teacher I wanted to create affordable classes that achieve results without needing to spend hours in the gym and cost a small fortune. Pilates is an incredible all over body work out that really doesn’t need you to spend an hour on the mat everyday. As little as 15-20mins 3-4 times a week can help you to achieve a sculpted and toned body and uncover the best version of yourself. I’m so excited to share this journey with you and see all your transformations.

Rameet is a certified classical and contemporary Pilates teacher, meditation & a breathwork teacher. She will help you sculpt, tone, lengthen and strengthen your body, increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and feel great physically and mentally, improving your overall well-being.
Rameet’s method of combining classical and contemporary pilates gives you the best of both worlds and whether you have 5 or 45 minutes to spare a day, HWR has got you covered. These work outs can be done any time, anywhere, helping you stay focused and consistent. New videos are released every week along with regular challenges, live classes and regular Q & A catch-ups to help keep you focused.
