About Rameet
I discovered Pilates over 17 years ago at a time when I really struggled to find my natural weight and an exercise I loved. Safe to say I fell in love with Pilates and even bought a home reformer from QVC. But I was in the depths of an eating disorder and unhappy marriage and just mentally struggled to keep consistent on any wellness and healthy routine.
3 years on I left the unhappy marriage, filed for divorce and got a handle of a 10 year eating disorder. I got consistent with my Pilates routine and gained mental and physical strength through my practice which gave me the focus I needed to take every day as it came. I never looked back with either unhealthy relationship (food or toxic marriage) and I am truly grateful that I had my practice that kept me on the road to recovery.
Now in my mid 40′ s with 2 young children, a healthy marriage, and as a trained classical & contemporary Pilates and breathwork teacher I wanted to create affordable classes that achieve results without needing to spend hours in the gym and cost a small fortune. Pilates is an incredible all over body work out that really doesn’t need you to spend an hour on the mat everyday. As little as 15-20mins 3-4 times a week can help you to achieve a sculpted and toned body and uncover the best version of yourself. I’m so excited to share this journey with you and see all your transformations.
